VINTAGE HALLOWEEN BANNER DONE!

I just finished making some adorable witches boots, and my Halloween banner and décor, turned out fun! There are pictures below! The paper is from My Minds Eye! I also love working with coffee filters! Who knew right? I tea dyed, and inked them for this look! I am amazed at what a little spray paint, and glitter can do for a Walmart, and dollar store purchase (BAT, AND SKELETON!)
